Chef's Garden Table

Limited Seating – Adults Only Exclusive Communal Table. This purchase and receipt are your ticket to one of the ten available seats with our executive chef.

A one-table-a-week narrative multicourse journey of Chef Tyson’s culinary heritage. He will be preparing, serving & explaining each dish exhibition style in an informal outdoor atmosphere. Guests are seated with each other at a communal table surrounded by our raised bed gardens on Mar Muntanya's 6th floor terrace.

The menu is created "of the moment" with produce sourced directly from our Chef’s Garden as well as from the downtown SLC Farmers Market and Local Greenhouse Growers. While vegetables are the focus of this experience, several dishes will be paired with Ocean & Mountain Ingredients.

As the summer months begin to bring heat, we will follow the sun and garden dinners will begin an hour prior to dusk. Approximately 6:30-7:30pm. Please be prepared for fluctuation in weather as you will be dining outdoors.

Please note due to the nature of the menu and its frequent evolutions, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies. In addition, modifications are politely declined.
